McGeary Organics manufactures and markets fertilizer blends for the organic farmer and gardener made from naturally occurring and agricultural based ingredients.  Each fertilizer is a multi-nutrient blend containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium as well as secondary nutrients.  McGeary Organics fertilizers are listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) for use in organic production.  They conform to the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards.

Our fertilizers are specifically blended to meet the needs of crops grown in a large variety of situations.  Our fertilizers effectively “time release” nutrients maximizing plant uptake substantially reducing the amount of nutrients lost by leaching.

Each blend uses high quality compost as its base.  This material increases biological activity in the soil resulting in the suppression of some pests and disease and increased nutrient uptake by roots.  Increases in soil organic matter results in soil structure improvement which in turn increases aeration, root penetration, and soil water properties.
